Pharmaceutical Negligence is an act or omission by a pharmaceutical company causing physical injury to the patient and/or substantial loss of income. Simply put, pharmaceutical negligence is a form of product liability (by a pharmaceutical company) that causes an injury.   • 20,000 deaths/year from other errors in hospitals;
  • 12,000 deaths/year from unnecessary surgery;
  • 7,000 deaths/year from medication errors in hospitals.
